The main reason they are so successful, is because they trust that the Lord goes before them and prepares the way for all involved. Not only do the parents go all in but so do their kind hearted boys. They share their toys, home and parents.
They all do it well. The children who enter their home quickly feel secure in the structured environment, so much so that onlookers are surprised that one of the children are not their own, and struggle to figure out which one is temporarily a part of the family. That is a true testament of a child feeling loved and accepted.
